Elwyn Sirieys is a graduate research assistant in the Engineering Systems Laboratory and an S.M. candidate in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Technology and Policy Program (TPP) at MIT. His research interests include space policy, sustainability in the space industry and multidisciplinary design optimization. Currently, his work is focused on the development of an environmental impact scoring system for launch vehicles; and on aircraft design and supply chain co-optimization. Before joining MIT, Elwyn graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris (France) and Sorbonne University, then worked for Dassault Systemes and Starburst Aerospace Accelerator.
